Where are our products shipped from?
All of our products are housed and shipped from our warehouse in Platte City, MO, USA.
Orders with standard shipping will be processed and shipped within 3 business days. Weekends and holidays are not business days and, therefore, are excluded from processing and shipping times. Please account for non-business days when choosing your shipping method.
We don't ship internationally.
Expedited Shipping - Next Day Air:
Expedited orders placed before 12pm (CST) will be processed and shipped the same business day. Weekends and holidays are not business days and, therefore, are excluded from processing and shipping times.
If your order does not arrive on-time or is lost in transit, we will open an investigation with the shipping carrier. This process can take up to two weeks for the investigation to be completed. Once the investigation is completed, if your order is lost in transit or delievered to the wrong address, we will replace your items if they are still available. If we cannot replace them, then we will refund your order as well as any shipping costs. However, if shipping carrier confirms delivery to the correct address, we are unable to issue a refund.
